What are your hours of operation?

What are your hours of operation?
OMNIA is open daily from 11:00AM – 10.30PM, 7 days a week.

Is there an admission charge?

Cover charge daily. Subject to change.

Are children allowed?

We operate an 21+ policy.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

A current, valid photo ID such as a valid Passport or valid Driver’s license are acceptable forms of ID.

I’m visiting from overseas, what is an acceptable form of ID?

Your passport is fine.

What is OMNIA Dayclub’s dress code?

Smart Casual. A visit to OMNIA Bali is an occasion, so please dress for it.
• Proper swim attire to be worn in the pools at all time.
• We do not permit: beer branded singlets; cut off clothing; or athletic sportswear
• We kindly ask you to ensure you wear a top when in the dining areas.

Do you have Valet Parking?

We do not offer a valet service at present, however we do have an onsite self-parking carpark accessible close to the entrance.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

We have limited wheelchair accessibility. Please contact our reservations team in advance & they will be happy to talk you through the access and arrange for assistance for you upon arrival at the venue.

How do I reserve a Daybed, Sofa, Cabana or VIP Bungalow for the day?

Please contact our Reservations Team and one of our reservationists will be happy to talk you through the options and process your reservation.

What is the process of ‘Checking-In’ at the Dayclub for my reservation?

Upon arrival at OMNIA, please go to the Reservations Desk. Our Guest Relations Team will attend to your requirements from there.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your reservation if you arrive after 1.30pm so please arrive early. If for some reason you are delayed, please call our Reservations line to advise of your delay & request for your reservation to be held.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash (Indonesian Rupiah); Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB are all accepted at the venue.

Is there an ATM onsite?

We do not have an ATM on premises at present therefore please ensure you are prepared with enough cash or card to cover your visit to OMNIA.

Once I’m inside, can I leave and re-enter the Dayclub?

Re-admission is permitted on regular days.

Where can I buy tickets for Events?

You can purchase Event tickets directly through our website. Follow the link to Tickets on the Events page and make your purchase directly online from us.

Please do not buy OMNIA event tickets from unauthorised vendors. We cannot guarantee entry to tickets purchased via non authorised sources.

Please protect yourself by ONLY buying tickets from our website & via our authorised ticketing partners, BookMyShow & Townscript.

What is the breakdown of tax, gratuity and service charge at OMNIA Dayclub?

In line with Indonesian law we apply a state tax charge of 11% on all purchases along with a 10% service charge.

What items are prohibited from bringing to OMNIA Dayclub?

For regular days of operation, you are not permitted to bring the following items into OMNIA: illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, toys, props, inflatables; tripods, drones; and all sharp objects are prohibited. This is not an exhaustive list. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.

Please note that for your own safety all bags, backpacks, purses or parcels are all subject to search. We reserve the right to change conditions of entry at any time.

How do I sign up for the guest list?

OMNIA offers guest list on selected days. Please contact our Reservations Team for further information.

Please note that entry is not guaranteed – it is subject to capacity. This is featured on select events only. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee the most seamless entry. Management reserves all rights.

I left/lost something (like a phone, credit card, purse, bag) at the OMNIA Dayclub. Help?

All items left / found at OMNIA are secured and catalogued with lost and found at the end of every day. Please call (0361) 8482 150 between 10AM – 7PM daily.

Am I allowed to smoke in the venue?

Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Drugs Policy

OMNIA Dayclub and Hakkasan Group uphold a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use and possession of illegal substances and will be complying with the regulations as mandated by Indonesian Law. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be passed over to the authorities.

What type of music will be played?

We feature daily sets from a selection of the finest DJs from Bali along with regular performances from the best regional talent from Australia & across Asia, and frequent events featuring the biggest names in dance music from around the world.

Can I just use the pool if I haven’t reserved a daybed or cabana?

You do not have to reserve a daybed or cabana to visit OMNIA, we also have unreserved seating options however we strongly recommend that to optimise your OMNIA experience by reserving one of our premium seating options.

How many swimming pools do you have?

We have one main swimming pool with an unobstructed view across the Indian Ocean & swim up bar along with daybeds inside the pool.

Additionally, we have a private pool for our VIP cabana customers and two private plunge pools attached to our premium VIP Bungalows.

How many bars are there?

We have 3 bars: The Main Bar; the Pool Bar which includes our swim up bar; and The Cube bar.

Do you rent pool towels?

Pool towels are provided free of charge to all customers.

If I forget my sunscreen, do you have any for sale?

Sorry we do not currently have an onsite shop so please come prepared.

Are there changing rooms?

We have dedicated changing facilities for our VIP cabana’s & VIP Bungalow guests.
For all other guests we have outdoor showers and spacious rest rooms.

Do you have lockers?

We currently do not provide lockers however our premium seating has storage facilities.

Do you provide gift certificates?

Not at this time, however we may do so in the future so please check our website & social media for updates or call our general enquiries number for up to date information.

Birthday cake policy – can I bring a birthday cake? Or can you provide one upon request?

We do not permit any outside food or beverages to be brought on to the premises, however we are able to provide bespoke birthday cake or other special occasions cake by special request. Please contact our Reservations number (0361) 8482 150 and our staff will be happy to help.

Can I make a group booking for a special event (birthday, anniversary, party, etc.)?
