Congratulations to our Hakkasan Group resident DJ Calvin Harris, as he has been nominated for another American Music Award (AMA) in the “Favorite Artist- Electronic Dance Music” category. This is the chart-topping artist’s sixth nomination, as he has brought home the title two times, pulling off back-to-back wins in 2014 and 2015. Harris’ hit album “Funk Wav Bounces Vol.1” released earlier this year has cemented his presence at the top of the electronic dance music community, with the album going gold and the single “Slide” reaching double-platinum status.

The winners of the AMA’s are left to the fans discretion, with the artist receiving the highest amount of votes declared as the winner. Participants are able to vote once a day until the awards show, which takes place Sunday, November 19. To vote for Calvin Harris, click here.
